Joint controllership between Fredman Oy and Facebook
The Court of Justice of the European Union has ruled that a company with a Facebook page shares the role of controller with Facebook. This privacy statement only applies to the Facebook community pages of Fredman Oy and its subsidiaries and those persons who have liked or followed the aforementioned Facebook pages.
Facebook Ireland (hereinafter “Facebook”) and Fredman Oy (hereinafter “Fredman”) are joint controllers, where applicable, of the fan and community pages on Facebook.

Facebook is primarily responsible for compliance with the data protection legislation and for information security, as well as for enabling data subjects to exercise their rights on the service.
